Our vanilla bean syrup is a labor of love. We bring in barrels of raw vanilla beans sourced from Madagascar and use every piece of every bean. We split them, scrape the insides, chop the outsides, and use a double filter process to create an added richness. All the fuss is worth it: we’ve found that there is some kind of magic in the agitation of the skin, bean by bean. Try it we think you’ll agree!

How long does it take to process orders?
Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. If your order is placed after 3pm on a Friday, it will ship Monday unless otherwise noted.
Do you accept returns?
You have 30 days to make a return for your item(s) starting from the day you received it. You are responsible to pay for shipping back to us, however if you are local to Cincinnati you can always make an in-store return. Items must have the tags attached.
Do you offer store pick up?
Yes! You have the option to select store pick up at checkout.
