Shipping + Return Policy

Shipping: 
We charge a $5 flat rate shipping fee to all orders that need to be shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order after it has been placed. Once your order has been picked up by the courier, it can take anywhere from 1-6 business days to arrive to you.

Online Return Policy:

You have 30 days to make a return for your item(s) starting from the day you received it. After 30 days, your purchase is final sale.You are responsible to pay for shipping back to us, however if you are local to Cincinnati you can always make an in-store return. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. Tags must be attached, if items are returned with no tags, item will only be issued as a store credit. Sale Items, intimates, accessories, and plants are final sale. We reserve the right to deny any return. 

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed. Once it is processed, it takes 1-3 business days to appear on your card.

In-store Return Policy: 

You have 30 days for a return on the method you used at check out. After 30 days, your purchase is final sale. Tags must be attached and you must have a receipt. If items are returned with no tags, item will only be issued as a store credit. Discounted items, intimates, accessories, and plants are final sale. We reserve the right to deny any return. 

    Store Pick Up Policy: 

    Online orders must be picked up within 14 days of purchase. Orders that are not picked up within the 2 weeks of the day it was placed, will be returned onto a non-refundable gift card, minus a $5 restocking fee. If you need longer than 2 weeks to pick up your order, please reach out and we are happy to accommodate. 

    Online Return Steps: 
    1) fill out return slip that was included with your order
    2)  place item(s) back in original packaging or USPS approved packaging
    3) we suggest mailing your package back via USPS because it is the cheapest method that includes tracking 
    4) the customer is responsible for paying to send the item(s) back to us, you can purchase a label through USPS either in person or online. Please send the merchandise to: ATTN: Returns 1400 Vine St. Cincinnati, OH 45202 

     

    Exchanges:

    We cannot ensure that the item you want to exchange will still be in stock. We suggest re-ordering the item you want and send back the wrong size/item and we will refund your card when received.
